A four week moon journey exploring your wellbeing

June 14th to July 5th, 2021

You are warmly invited to explore your yoga practice with the cycles of the moon. We have circalunar rhythms that are tied into the lunar cycles. These rhythms have an effect on sleep patterns, hormonal fluctuations and menstrual regularity in women.

In our time together I will teach on hormonal flow and optimising wellbeing via

Bookings are essential for the whole series as places are limited.

Who is this for?

If you identify as a woman, this immersion is for you. You do not need to be on a regular menstrual cycle. This means women transitioning through peri-menopause, menopause and those on contraception therapies are welcomed. Women who are pregnant are not suited for the classes.
