Instead many are led to believe to ‘put up, shut up’ and it’s a part of life….leaving women feeling unauthenticated, silent and questioning if this was the way nature intended us to age.

The truth of the matter is our body’s biological processes change for a few years before the physical symptoms settle in. Our changing hormones in mid life can show up as weight gain, sleep disturbances, brain fog, change in libido, racing heart and urinary urgency.
AND…the good news is, there are lifestyle changes women can make long before these symptoms and raging hot flashes settle in!

In the last 18 years, I have serviced the health and wellness sector as an educator and fitness professional. I have also traversed biological changes as a woman, mother, pregnancy loss and recently, menopause.
My educational seminars and workshops focus on:
- guiding women into our bodies through a simplified biological lens of what is going on for us
- embodiment practices to aid sleep cycles, the stress response and clearing brain fog
- identifying where you are at and solutions to optimise symptoms

My journey into peri-menopause started at 45, after a pregnancy loss. It took five years for me to transition into menopause. As a fitness trainer running 14 classes x week, eating well and having a relatively clean lifestyle, I started to experience the hormonal havoc that led me to up-skilling my education. I share my professional education and personal journey. And I guide you into yours.
Introducing Helen Zee, your facilitator ~ author, vaginal steam practitioner, fertility and relationship mentor. She has helped countless women connect deeply with their body wisdom through identifying menstrual health imbalances, and fertility obstacles. The protocols assigned in her private practise are informative, and attainable in creating lasting change.
