Our diet is intrinsically linked to our ability to fall pregnant/seed a baby. If our body is full of toxins or lacking in any critical vitamins or minerals, pregnancy can be harder to attain, or maintain.

Enjoy daily practices of exercise or yoga to rejuvenate your health and vitality. The yoga has been specially designed by myself after years of study on the most effective poses for both women and men. (As accessed in my DVD “Yoga and Qigong for Fertility”).
Exercise will support a healthy routine, with what works based on my work with patients on IVF as part of a research program with a leading IVF clinic . (where we had a 70% success rate). The program is not heavy in intensity. I will talk to the evidence, the best practices* and the two week wait period if you are on IVF.
Plus – the timing of male exercise to boost semen health which you can correlate with the menstrual cycle.
The morning programs will have the variety from – yoga, exercise and bushwalking. With night time Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness. As a Fitness and Yoga Professional, I will give you tailored support and advice throughout the retreat.

I also piloted the Monash IVF lifestyle program, with high success rates resulting in pregnancy and authored the book ‘Consciously Conceive Your Baby: The Inner Secrets to Boosting Your Fertility and Getting Pregnant’.
In addition, I’m a fitness trainer, qualified yoga teacher and nutritional coach. I have a Bachelor of Science, which forms the foundations for my teachings. Everything I teach is backed by science, medicine and my own expert knowledge.
Finally, I’m a mother to two beautiful children, and it’s my passion to help you embark on this journey too.

As a natural medicine practitioner with over 23 years experience, I have worked with thousands of people and children over the years helping them improve reproductive issues such as problems with periods, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause and menopause challenges, gut issues such as IBS, Chron’s, Coeliac, Ulcerative colitis, Allergies and Intolerances, Skin issues which as eczema and acne and nervous system challenges such as fatigue, insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression.

“I liken IVF to gambling, it’s like pouring money into a machine with no guarantee you will ever win while it slowly takes an agonising toll on you. I realised at 43, I had less than a 3% chance of having a baby. It was time for a change in tack. I met Helen who opened my eyes to how the subconscious can affect fertility, and how the physical, mental, and spiritual realms work in unison. I realised that I had been focusing on only half the equation with IVF. My hope began to return. Helen took me through a number of processes to help heal the blockages that had been built up over the years.
