The event is crafted to explore conscious relating via dance, tantric practices, presence and play. Explore the connection with your body as the Inner Lover and play with the natural energy that awakens in you.

Connection with a healthy Inner Lover allows a fuller sense of self fulfilment and minimises hungry, leaky and possibly unhealthy interactions. The gathering allows for exploration of yourself within a safe group space. 

What to expect from the night:
We will establish consensual boundaries
Immerse in guided self practices 
Guided breath work to create pleasurable sensations in your body
Tantric practices and pleasure play you can recreate at home
And experiential solo, partner and group practices. 

Receiving and giving of conscious touch participation is at your comfort level.

The night is open to all genders of all ages (18+). You don’t need any prior experience, just open hearts. All practices are optional. Your personal boundaries are respected and honoured. This is a fully clothed event.

A NOTE FROM HELEN

I came into this world seeking to understand and experience the language of love in relating.
My curiosity into deeper connection, trust and truth has led me to the teachings of the sacred arts. It is here that I come to drink, it is from here I show others to their own flow, it is here that we can all connect to the natural internal life force that evolves our oneness.
