Immerse yourself in a soul enriching journey, surrounded by the tranquil bushland that surrounds Nillumbik, Lower Plenty. Practice your yoga flow overlooking large floor to ceiling windows and see the kangaroos, and bird life splash around the dam on the property, surrounded by grey gums.

Explore the balance within yourself and experience a journey of relaxation and well-being through the four elements that all matter on our planet is created from. Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

You will experience a blend of powerful practices to help you connect deeply. A fusion of the nature that surrounds the property via contemplative walks, yoga with pranayama (breath practices) to help ground and balance you, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath.

Take time to pause, reflect during the busy time of December and set your intentions for the New Year ahead. Centre your sense of Be-ing-ness and experience Satya, truthfulness while connecting with your inner peace and power.

When we can do this from a state of internal balance with the elemental nature of all that exists, we are able to reposition our internal GPS system to navigate our life.

Introducing your yogi guide, Helen Zee – my yoga journey started on the mat as a student 16 years ago. I was in a high paced work environment, raising two pre teens and my marriage had dissolved. I found myself on the yoga mat in savasana trying to relax, and all I could think of was making school lunches and planning tomorrow, with my anxiousness rising. That’s when I knew I needed to become a student of Yoga and meditation.

I have been teaching yoga ever since. In studios, retreats, aged care, youth forums and school camps. My style can accomodate the various needs of the students and my class style ranges from vinyasa, ashtanga, bhava, yin and restorative.

It is an honour to be on Nillumbik land, of the Wurundjeri clan and share this practice with you.
