A 6-Week Mum & Bub Program in Ferntree Gully

13th July-17th August 2026

9.30-10.30am

Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

If you’re ready to rebuild your fitness post baby, or simply craving connection with other mums who understand exactly what this season feels like, you’re in the right place.

My Postnatal Health & Wellness Program combines gentle exercise, postnatal strength training, stretching, relaxation and community in a supportive environment where both you and your baby are welcome.

Around here, I affectionately call my mums and bubs my Darling Hearts.

Because that’s exactly what you are.

Over six weeks you’ll rebuild strength, regain confidence in your body, learn practical tools for postpartum recovery, and connect with other local mums navigating the beautiful and messy realities of motherhood.

No perfect babies required.

No perfect mums either.

Just come exactly as you are.

More Than Just Exercise

This program was designed to support the whole woman behind the mother.

Together we focus on:

✓ Rebuilding strength safely after birth

✓ Supporting your core and pelvic floor

✓ Improving mobility and reducing everyday aches and tension

✓ Learning practical relaxation and recovery techniques

✓ Building confidence in your changing body

✓ Connecting with other local mums

✓ Finding your village

Many mums tell me the friendships formed during these six weeks become just as valuable as the exercise itself.

“I regained my strength, found connection and discovered my village. The babies grew together, the mums supported one another, and it became the highlight of my maternity leave.”

— Michelle

What Makes This Program Different?

I’ve been working with postnatal women for over a decade and one thing has become very clear:

New mothers don’t just need exercise.

They need support.

They need understanding.

They need somewhere they can arrive sleep-deprived, running late, feeding a baby, carrying the bags and still feel completely welcome.

This is that space.

If a baby cries, that’s okay.

If feeding needs to happen, that’s okay.

If you need to stop and cuddle your little one halfway through an exercise, that’s okay too.

Every session is designed to meet you where you are physically, mentally and emotionally.

Because postpartum recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all.

And neither are mums.

About Helen

Hi, I’m Helen.

I’ve been supporting women through movement, health and wellbeing for over 20 years, and working specifically with postnatal mums for more than a decade.

As both a fitness professional and yoga teacher, I bring together evidence-based exercise, practical postpartum recovery and a deep understanding of women’s health.

My broader work spans fertility, relationships, intimacy and emotional wellbeing, but one of my greatest joys remains supporting new mums as they navigate the early months of motherhood.

And yes, you’ll quickly discover why I call everyone my Darling Hearts.

FAQ

What if I miss a session?

You can make up a session in another one of the programs.

Can I show up late/leave early?

Yes! The rhythm and flow of your day is supported. Even if you can come for part of the session, you will be supported and integrated into the class.
