Do you live close to a park or beach? Do you have about 2m x 2m space? This simple routine will have you working up a sweat and in touch with your beautiful body! I was inspired to get out of the studio and into the park with the sun shining, people walking dogs, elderly walking and holding hands, kids playing in the park…it just put a pep in my step and I wanted to share the love.

Side Plank

SATURDAY

30 jumping jacks
10 push ups
30 sec plank each side (knees or toes)
10 burpees
20 crunches
20 chair/bench dips

Do 20 min cardio (bike, running, brisk walking – as long as you get your body hot puffy sweat-tie and unable to speak full sentences…

REPEAT – the body exercises

Stretch

SUNDAY

30 high knees
10 squats
30 star jumps
10 lunges each leg
30 reverse crunches

Have a 20 mins cardio (do something different to yesterday – take a diff route, add more hills or a faster pace – challenge yourself that little bit more).

Even though you may be at different fitness levels, all exercises can be adapted to suit your current level
